A talented young singer from Moffat has been selected by industry professionals to perform in the Scottish regional finals of the UK’s biggest singing contest: ‘Open Mic UK’. Open Mic UK has sent the likes of Birdy, Jahmene Douglas and Lucy Sparggan to Stardom, and is always on the lookout for potential new artists.
Clara, just 14 years old will be singing at huge venue (Old Fruitmarket, City Halls, Candleriggs, Glasgow) on the 19th of October 2013. She has tickets available for sale costing £8 each which allows you to see Scotland’s best unsigned talent, plus a surprise celebrity guest act. Audience members will be able to vote for their top 2 favourite acts to progress to the next stage of the competition.
