WATCH OUT FOR ‘ZOMBIES CLOWNS’ ON THE STREETS OF DUMFRIES THIS WEEK

Scene1take1 Summer Film Clubs (For those aged between 8 and 16) will once again be filming in Dumfries as they start making their first movie sequel this week.

Back in 2012 at a local farm, Mutant Zombie Killer Clowns was made, filmed entirely by young members, written and starring the youth members too. Set at the start of an onset of zombie clowns, who take over a school bus of children, and those lucky enough to escape run to a farm, where a final showdown prevails. Only three people survive, winning the battle for NOW……….

This week, two of the surviving cast members Stuart Green and Robert Meiklem will be returning, and a new group of young film makers will be writing, planning and directing a sequel, once again facing the ZOMBIE CLOWNS.

Lee Vann-Wakelin told DGWGO Entertainment news “We need someone who maybe can already do zombie make up, or who wants to try it. We need some film makers to aid this filming, so as to maybe increase the skill level. Finally we need a location, locally within Dumfries, another Farm, a Mansion, a Warehouse, a Scrapyard, Scary building.

10 places were made available available for the project which were snapped up straight away, The project will run from Tuesday the 9th until Friday the 12th. 10 am to 3pm at the Town Centre’s Midsteeple.
