POLICE SCOTLAND have confirmed that an 82 year old woman from Dumfries died following a one vehicle road traffic collision on U230N (the main road through Terregles village) at around 1:40 PM on Saturday 6th April 2019, the incident involved a John Deere tractor, the woman who died was a pedestrian.
A police spokesperson stated “We would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed this collision or may have driven along the road a short time before the collision and may have seen the tractor or persons walking on the roadway. Anyone who can assist should contact Police Scotland on the 101 number quoting incident 1991 of 06/04/2019.“
