POLICE officers from Newton Stewart are appealing for witnesses after a report that sheep were attacked and seriously injured by a dog at a farm near Wigtown, Newton Stewart, between Sunday 15th and Wednesday 18th November.

A police Spokesperson said “If you saw or heard anything suspicious or have any information in relation to this incident that will assist officers with their enquiries, please phone 101 and quote 1336 of 18th November.”
