Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland as part of the Network Management Contract for the South West Trunk Road Unit, are undertaking essential maintenance on the A75 at Barwhinnock, west of Twynholm, from Monday 10th May until Monday 17th May 2021. The work will take place during the hours of 6am and 8pm, each day.
The scheme will be carried out using a daytime convoy through the works site with the entry and exit points at the start and end of the scheme extents. We thank road users for their patience while this essential maintenance is underway.
Our operatives will follow strict physical distancing and hygiene protocols throughout the programme, in line with the Scottish Government’s COVID-19 guidance.
Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
