POLICE SCOTLAND are appealing for witnesses who were driving on the A75 earlier this afternoon (Monday 9th of March 2020) between Annan and Dumfries and may have witnessed a White Food Hub Van (with red writing on it) overtaking other vehicles on double white lines, narrowly missing on coming traffic and generally driving carelessly.
