POLICE Officers from Dumfries are appealing for witnesses in relation to a hit and run road accident, which occurred at about 3:20pm on Wednesday 22 September 2021 outside St Josephs College, Craigs Road, Dumfries.
A school pupil was knocked to the ground by a dark coloured vehicle, which failed to stop and continued driving towards Gillbrae Road.
