Due to popular demand day tickets have now been released available both online and on the gate. With eight days to go and the build in full swing, there are new stages and areas for you to explore.

Scotland’s second largest music festival of 2017 will be returning to the Raehills Meadows of Dumfries and Galloway from the 8 – 11th  June. Hosting twelve different stages with 300 performers, including a drive in cinema, kids field, comedy, circus skills, and cabaret, as well as a feast of performers, artworks, workshops, horticulture, games and much, much more.

This year Eden Festival received funding of £18,000 from the Dumfries and Galloway council, Major Events Strategic Fund for the continued development of the Festival.

Councillor Adam Wilson, the new Events Champion said “ The Eden Festival is growing from strength to strength and means so much to hundreds of its volunteers and festival-goers from across Dumfries and Galloway. Eden is a musical oasis that is on our doorstep, and is now more accessible than ever due to the release of day tickets.  The counsil’s funding of the festival this year will help secure the long tern sustainability of Eden, provide training for volunteers and generate economic impacts well in excess of £1.5million for the regional economy.”

Eden Festival Director Meredith Langley said “ We are very grateful for the continued support from Dumfries and Galloway Council, the funding has gone towards supporting our volunteers and the artist programme. Eden Festival would not be possible without our hard working volunteers and we are hoping the release of day tickets will bring more local people to Eden. It’s another great opportunity for our community to experience music, art and theatre from home grown talent,  Europe and beyond. ”
