Drumlanrig Castle & Country Estate is delighted to announce the return of its much-loved Festive Wreath Making Workshops for 2025, offering guests the chance to craft beautiful, natural decorations in the stunning surroundings of the Queensberry Estate.

Back by popular demand, this hands-on festive workshop invites guests to join Head Gardener Robbie for a creative and joyful morning in the Castle Gardens. Participants will forage for their own natural materials before heading to the cosy Larchwood Cabin to design and craft a unique wreath to adorn their front door.
Guests will enjoy seasonal treats, including a hot drink on arrival and a warming soup and roll lunch with sandwiches and cakes, all while soaking up the festive atmosphere and Robbie’s expert horticultural tips.

This winter, the enchanting Dabton House opens its doors for two exclusive wreath-making sessions led by Head Gardener John Candlish. Guests will work with beautiful garden-sourced materials in the elegant Games Room, surrounded by heritage and festive charm.
