Emergency services are in attendance at the Crichton University Campus at Dumfries this afternoon after Police received a report of a suspicious package, part of the campus has been evacuated as a precaution.
POLICE in Dumfries have reported that at around 12.30 pm today, Thursday 7th March 2019, they received received a report of a suspicious package found at the University of Glasgow campus in Dumfries.
A Spokesperson for the police stated “The item will be examined and enquiries are ongoing.”
