POLICE Scotland are appealing for witnesses following an alleged hate crime in Scotts Street, Annan. Around 3.30pm on Wednesday 15th January 2020, a 56 year old woman was subject to verbal abuse while walking in Scotts Street.
Police are looking to speak to anyone who was in the area of Scotts Street around this time and are particularly keen to identify two teenage girls described as:-
Both girls are described between 12/13 years old, with one being approx 4 ft 11″ height, medium build, long blonde hair, wearing a long black jacket with blue trim round the hood.
Second girl is described as being approx 5 ft 4″ in height, slim build with shoulder length blonde hair.
