POLICE SCOTLAND is investigating after a Honda Civic appears to have hit and snapped a BT pole on the B722 just outside Waterbeck. The offending vehicle failed to stop at the scene however the front grill of a Honda Civic (year 2000 – 2006) was found at the scene.
Constable Ryan McGarvey based at Annan said “The RTC was reported to us around 11 PM on Monday night. I would appeal to the driver to contact Police and help sort the matter out. Alternatively, anyone with any information can contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident 4087 of 14th January.
