CASH AND I-PAD STOLEN FROM ISOLATED HOTEL – DUMFRIES

Police officers are currently carrying our enquiries into a break-in to The Mabie House Hotel near Dumfries sometime overnight Wednesday 16/Thursday 17 November 2017. A four figure sum of cash and an I-pad have been stolen in the raid.

Constable Ross Dickson at Dumfries said “We are asking for anyone who may have been at the hotel on the Wednesday evening to get in touch with us though the 101 number if that saw or heard anything suspicious. In particular we want to hear about any suspicious vehicles seen in the area around the hotel on Wednesday night or early Thursday morning.”
