Police Appeal Launched After Knife Incident – Lockerbie

Police are appealing for information after a man was allegedly seen in possession of bladed weapon in Alexandra Drive, Lockerbie, around 12.30 pm on Friday 9 March 2018.
The man is described as white, slim build, tall but under 6 ft in height, with short dark hair, (no age), and wearing a jumper and grey tracksuit bottoms.
No one was injured during this incident.

Inspector Stephen Bell, local area inspector, said:
“Alexandra Drive is a busy street and I am sure there would have been plenty people about around who may have seen the man in the area.
“If you have any information that will assist police with their enquiries then please contact Lockerbie Police Station via 101. Please quote incident number 1424/09/03/18 when calling. Alternatively, information can also be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.”
