POLICE Officers are appealing for witnesses after an 18 year old man was assaulted by another male around 10.35pm on Wednesday 7th October in Loreburn Street Car Park, Dumfries.
The assailant can be described as:-
White male, approx. 5 ft 8 in height, slim build, dirty blonde hair with sweeping fringe, wearing a grey jumper, black jacket with fur on the hood, black jogging bottoms with a white stripe to knee and grey and white Nike trainers.
