Following enquiries carried out by Dumfries Community Policing Officers, a young person has been charged in relation to a fire at Lincluden Abbey on 26 March 2022 and a further fire on Lochside Road, Dumfries on 27 March 2022.
A report will be sent to the Youth Justice Coordinator.
Enquiries are still being made in relation to other fires in the North West area of Dumfries. If you have any information in relation to these fires please call Police on 101.
