POLICE SCOTLAND are appealing for any witnesses / possible victims of thefts from cars after a male was reported to be acting suspiciously in the High Street and Hall Road areas of Ecclefechan in the morning of Wednesday 26th February.
A police Spokesperson stated “The male was reported to be looking in parked car windows and trying car door handles.
Male suspect described as approx. 6 ft in height, stocky build, wearing light grey hooded top with hood up and dark joggers with white V sign on the thigh of each leg.
If you saw or heard anything suspicious or have any information then please contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting Ref 0449 of 26th Feb.”
