Police in Dumfries and Galloway have now lauched a four week action plan targetting offending drivers of agricultural vehicles due to concerns from the community regarding their speed on the roads and use of mobile telephones whilst driving.
Public concern has grown since the 6th of April 2019 when a lady who was walking in Terregles Village in Dumfries was tragically killed in an accident involving a passing tractor.
