Police Scotland is appealing for witnesses to a road traffic crash which happened on the A714 road just north of Penninghame, Newton Stewart on Monday 29 January 2018. Around 11.25 am a northbound blue coloured Mazda car left the roadway and collided with a tree. The lone female driver died in the crash.
Sergeant Wayne Carnochan of the Roads Policing Unit said “We want to hear from anyone who may have witnessed this crash, or who was on the A714 road north of Newton Stewart on Monday morning. Callers can contact Police Scotland on the 101 number quoting the reference PDG 0021360118.”
