POLICE SCOTLAND are appealing for witnesses after a fire was discovered within a portacabin at the former school, Glasgow Road, Lockerbie.
A Police Spokesperson stated “At about 11.30 am on Sunday a report was made in relation to a group of youths within the old portacabins at the former School.
When officers attended they discovered the fire within one of the portacabins however there was no trace of any youths or people at the school or nearby.
Lockerbie Fire Service then attended and extinguished the fire.
