POLICE Officers from Stranraer CID are looking to speak to anyone who was in the vicinity of Windsor Road / York Road, Newton Stewart around 8pm on Sunday 4th July 2021.
A Police spokesperson said “At this time a male was seriously assaulted and the person responsible left the scene moments later by car. Officers are also keen to trace any motorists with dash-cam footage who have been in the area at the time.
