A drink driver who was caught over the limit for the FOURTH time yesterday appeared at Dumfries Sheriff court this morning Thursday, September 5th 2019.
The 28 year old man from Kendal pled guilty and was given a 5 year driving ban. His Subaru Impreza was made the subject of a forfeiture order to the court.
A Police Spokesperson Said “If you know someone who drinks and drives, make sure you pass the information onto Police Scotland so we can remove these dangerous individuals from the roads!”
