POLICE in Dumfries are making enquiries to trace a male person after a quantity of clothing was found near to Buccleuch Street, Dumfries this morning, Thursday, January 23rd 2020.
CCTV enquiries have shown the male without his clothing at the rear of business premises in Buccleuch Street, Dumfries last night (22/01/20) between 1950 hours and 2000 hours however his whereabouts are now unknown.
The clothes found this morning are blue jeans, a black t-shirt, brown leather style bomber jacket, glasses & black trainers.
The male is described as in his fifties, stocky build, grey hair with tattoos on his forearms.
When he was last seen he was only wearing white boxer shorts & white socks.
Constable Julie McQuillan said “we are now concerned for this male and would ask the public if they seen the described male in the Buccluech Street or Whitesands area of Dumfries to contact us on 101”
