BIKE AND WALLET STOLEN FROM CAR – DUMFRIES

POLICE Officers in Dumfries are carrying out enquiries, including door to door enquiries, into a theft which took place from a silver coloured Citroen C-Crosser estate car which was parked in Rotchell Road in the town.

Sometime overnight Sunday 1/Monday 2 July 2018 the car was entered and a Ridgeback road bike, black in colour, a Garmin sat nav and a wallet were stolen. The value of the property is in excess of £700.

Sergeant Ron Matthews said “we would like to hear from anyone who may have been in the Rotchell Road area over this period if they saw or heard anything suspicious. Callers can get in touch through the 101 number quoting the reference PDG 0144930718.”
